hi, had a license for 7 months, used the program for 3 days. i have never once had a reply to my requests from help, in fact never heard from them at all. i have asked them if my license will auto re new, again nothing back at all. i wont ever use this program ever again. does it auto renew? can i stop it? or do i have to cancel my bank card.
