No Action Is Possible - Trojan Generic

Hello,

I have run BitDefender Deep System Scan and it returned this errors:

1. Trojan Generic 1192027

2. Trojan Generic 2162687

Both threats can not be deleted because they are part of the rar archive file.

It is rather odd that the path on my computer which contains that rar archive doesn't exist at all. I have searched for it but couldn't find it.

The path is: J:\RECYCLER\S-1-5-21-2025429265-1960408961-839522115-1003\Dj15.rar=

How can I manually delete them? Or is there another way?

Please save the Deep Scan report following the steps bellow , go to : http://www.sendspace.com/ , upload it and then poste here the download link .

Here is what you have to do :

1. Open BitDefender and click the "History" link on the lower right; Click the "Antivirus" tab on the left.

2. In the "On-demand tasks" list (the one on the bottom) look for the latest (closest to the top) entry that reads "Deep System Scan" under the "Task Name" column and "Scan Finished" under the "Name of the action".

3. Double-click this entry and click the "View Scan Log" button at the bottom of the window that just popped up.

4. A browser window will open displaying the scan report. Save this file on a location of your choice .

Please try to delete this file following the steps bellow :

1. Disable the BitDefender real-time protection and/or any other active security solution(s) that you are using;

In order to disable the real-time protection please open BitDefender, "switch to Advanced View", go to "Antivirus" > "Shield" and click on "Real-time protection is enabled", select the time interval that suites your troubleshooting needs and click "OK" (the message will change to "Real-time protection is disabled"). The real-time protection should be enabled after performing the troubleshooting procedure.

2. DISPLAY HIDDEN OBJECTS

- go to your "Control Panel" and open "Folder Options";

- then go to the "View" tab and perform the changes listed below:

* check "Display contents of system folders"

* check "Show hidden files and folders"

* uncheck "Hide file extensions for known file types"

* uncheck "Hide protected operating system files"

- click "Apply" and then "OK" to exit.

NOTE: On Microsoft Windows Vista you will apply the same steps except for selecting "Display contents of system folders".

3. Go to the next location from your system :

J:\RECYCLER\S-1-5-21-2025429265-1960408961-839522115-1003\ and delete the file called "Dj15.rar"

4. Enable the real-time protection and run another scan to see whether the virus removal procedure has succeeded.
