Firewall Alert Of Bitdefender:bdagent.exe - Application Error
Hello everybody,
In the past I've had Bitdefender Total Security 2008 installed in my Laptop, using Windows Vista. I renewed my subscription to Total Security 2009 so I uninstalled 2008 version completely and then installed the new one.
From then, a new pop up window appears every time I start up the system:
"Alerta de Cortafuego de Bitdefender: bdagent.exe- Application Error
The exception unknown software exception (0xc0000409) occurred in
the application at location 0x0259391d.
Click on OK to terminate the program"
When accepting the message clicking the "OK" button the windows close and if you try to click on the bitdefender icon in the Taskbar, it disappears as soon as you put the mouse on it.
So Bitdefender is apparently no running.
IMPORTANT: I've read and applied the solution described on this article, but It doesn't make any visible effect on the applications behaviour.
