How Do I Delete Exploit.pdf-js.gen

I noticed this morning on my log the unresolved issue for the virus Exploit.PDF-JS.Gen BitDefender could not do anything with the filed, how do I remove it? I have attached a copy of the log run.

Hello fllaw,

Please go to

C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Temp\

and manually delete the file readme.pdf. Everything should be just fine after that (make sure you also delete the file from Recycle Bin).

The rest of the items, marked as Not scanned, are SpyBot backups, and they are safe. Just ignore them.
