Bitdefender Antivirus Cause Fullscreen Games To Exit

For some reason, bitdefender antivirus keeps causing me losing fullscreen from games every few minutes or so (10-30min) by popping up in the background. There is nothing shown but the bitdefender icon appears on the program list when I press Alt-Tab and disappears in about 30sec later. I'm not sure what cause the problem since I enable game mode when playing games.

In order to further investigate this issue you will have to perform the next instructions :

1. Go to the next location :

C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\BitDefender\Desktop\Profiles and look after the file called "ProductTweaks.xml"

2. This location is hidden and that is why you will have to perform the following changes in order to access it :

- go to your "Control Panel" and open "Folder Options";

- then go to the "View" tab and perform the changes listed below:

* check "Display contents of system folders"

* check "Show hidden files and folders"

- click "Apply" and then "OK" to exit.
