Bt Is 2009

Hi,

I recently installed BD IS 2009 on my recently reformatted notebook, inital setup updates went along fine but now Im not able to update as it states that update service is unavailable and the update check box is greyed out.

It still shows I have 700+ days for my subscription.

Im using Vista SP2.

Its actually BD IS 2010 and not 2009

I reformatted earlier and the problem seemed to have been solved by the reformat (not by Bitdefender support) , but now its returned...the update section is all greyed out and its says it has never been updated.

I wonder how can an antivirus allow itself to be shut off

PS.

All the suggestions and workarounds did not work...even for my previous issues.

Reformatting was my solution.
