Options

Hi everybody,

I was using antivirus2009 on an winxp 32 bit and upgrade it to 2010. first I Uninstalled 2009 using add/remove programs and after that also used Uninstall tool which is this: http://www.bitdefender.com/files/Knowledge...nstall_Tool.exe and then installed 2010 and system restarted but i realized that a process which name is "System" is using %50 percent of my cpu all the time. Even that i had restart my system many times and updated, it is still using %50percent of my cpu and i cannot work now... i also get infos about my system by using bitdefnder tools and i am adding them

/applications/core/interface/file/attachment.php?id=5409" data-fileid="5409" rel="">BDFileInfo.log

    Hello paranoyakX ,

In order to determine which program causes this high CPU usage please follow the steps bellow :

    1. Got to the next location:http://download.sysinternals.com/Files/Proces###plorer.zip and download the program called : Process Explorer .

    2. The file in question is in an archive , please extract its content and run the file called "procexp.exe" .

    3. Now that the Process Explorer program is opened , please click on the View option from the top and click on the option called "Show Process Tree" .

    4. Now , click on File from the top and choose Save As . Save the report in a handy location from your computer then post here the report or send us a reply to our email with it attached .

    5. Also , look under the System process which one is using the most resources of your CPU .

    Thank you .
