Tried to install bitdefender2010 twice and still have the same problem knocks out my internet connection if I retrieve any emails.


Thought I'd try this forum because the help section and direct contact methods are useless


But on registering I can see that Im not the only one who has issues with this product so now Im thinking stuff it get my money back


But how do you do that


As I said have tried to send emails requesting support with no or very slow response. Cant call dont live in US


HELP!!! how do I get out of the loop!!! Dont want to give up and let them get away with taking my money
