Log Files - Help!

Hi,

I am using BitDefender Internet Security 2009

Can somebody please tell me how to stop the log files from opening in Dreamweaver CS4?

Can it open up in say Internet Explorer?, or, some other program like notepad?

At present it is opening up in Dreamweaver CS4, and I want to change it

I cannot see that option?

The reason why I want it changed is because it is very long and confusing to work out

what is what.

Surely BitDefender can open the log files some other way??

Hello riptorn,

You should try the following workaround:

1. Right click on any XML file, choose Open With and then select "Choose Program..." .

2. Select from the list of programs Internet Explorer, then make sure to check the option called "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file" then click on Ok .

Test to see if you have the same issue.
