Dear friends in the forum,


when trying to transfer of an unwanted email address into the list of spammers by clicking 'is spam' a window opens that tells me that the email address has been transferred into the list of spammers. I confirm with 'ok'.


When looking after this in the list of spammers, the email address could not be found. The counter of the number of entries in the spammer list is like before.


What can I do?


Each hint is appreciated. Thank you in advance.

    Please open BitDefender, click on the Settings button and then choose the Antispam module. Click on the Manage Spammers button and try to add an email address manually, then look if the added address is saved in that list .

    I wonder why nobody of the bit defender spets know an answer to the (in my eyes) simple phenomenon I described. Bit defender obviously is thrifty with giving answers to user questions.
