Anti Spam Toolbar Disappeared In Outlook Express

For start please open Outlook Express and let us know if the emails that you receive as spam are moved to the appropriate folder. This will mean that the BitDefender Antispam toolbar is still functional and there must be only a display issue.
In order to investigate this sittuation, we would like you follow the steps from the next BitDefender article:http://www.bitdefender.com/KB389 and reply to our email with the resulting reports attached .
