Bitdefender Internet Security 2009 Registration

I have problem with activation of my BD Internet Security 2009. Last 10 days i trying to fully activate my software but.... I don't understand where is the problem.This is my first time to try BitDefender and right now i'm not so happy with him.After 10 days same story.No server.

Anybody who can help me with this issue ?
