Bitdefender Ts 2010 X64 - Updating Fails, Bitdefnder Crash's

I'm using Windows7 x64 + Bitdefender TS 2010 x64.


Nearly every update, no matter if automatic or manual, Bitdefender crash's. Frist Bitdefender runs the update normally, download the files, even installing them. But then, when Bitdefender kind of restarts itself, to run the updates, it crash's. Not every update, but mostly.


The Bitdefender icon turns gray und security center says "Bitdefender services doesn't answer... vsserv.exe ins't available". Then Bitdefender is staying in this status for hours. But Sometings after a while Bitdefender realizes itself that its crashed and a window pop's up, to send a bug report and restart the Bitdefender services. If this window doesn't come up, I have to restart my system. Then Bitdefender runs normally again, till the next 1-2 updates and it starts again.
