I've tried filling out the support form on the website but it keeps saying my license key is not valid. How can that be? I've just renewed my subscription a few weeks ago and BitDefender itself has no problems with it (679 days left).

    Before submitting us your request, make sure that you type in your serial key correctly. We have searched for your account and your serial number is valid .
