Setup Cannot Find Bdav.msi

in Bitdefender 2010 products

After completing download I receive the message "setup cannot find bdav.msi". Any thoughts?

    Hello copycat,


    We searched for you account and since you have a valid key for BitDefender Antivirus 2009, we recommend you to download and run the BitDefender installation kit from one of the following links:


    BitDefender Antivirus 2010 32bit


    BitDefender Antivirus 2010 64bit


    If this is not working try the steps that my colleague provide you through the email :


    -download the "bdav.msi" from one of the next locations:


    - 32 bit Vista compatible version (most commonly used version):

    - 64 bit Vista compatible version:


    http://download.bitdefender.com/windows/de...si2010/bdav.msi


    After the download is complete, right click on the "bdav.msi" file and choose Install.


    If the error message still appears, please copy the downloaded .msi file to this folder: c:\windows\installer\ and then run the installation file again:bitdefender_antivirus_2010_32b.exe or bitdefender_antivirus_2010_64b.exe depending on the operating system that you have.
