Sharing Files On Local Network W/ Bdts2010

Hello BD.
I am a Folding Home user, a distributed computing project, based on multiplework units sent to people,processed, and then send back the results to the server.
As that, I used to monitorize my WU progresses through an local IP hostewd on my computer (Since I run the program on a Virtual Machine).
I installed BDTS 2010 and now I can't acces the log.txt file of the virtual machines, not by Firefox, Windows, or the monitoring program. Also can't even disabling firewall. Always worked before, even with my old firewall.
How can I set up BDTS to let me to it?
