Bis2009 Expired Despite 60+ Days

Since BIS2009 refused to scan my laptop I reinstalled it. I still have 68 days left of my subscription but am told the key license has expired. My subscription is valid for 3 PCs and I have it on my desktop and laptop. How do I get back the 68 days? Please help. My email: robin_gomes@yahoo.co.uk
