[solved] Urgent - Java Error After Firewall Rules Reset

After I reset my firewall rules I can't get access to the data in my stock trading software. What rule do I need to add for the java engine to work?
I've had this problem before after rules reset, why doesn't Bitdefender allow such connections by default?

That didn't work, but I uninstalled BD 2009 and replaced it with BD 2010. That did the trick.
