Bdis 2010 Issue With Virtualbox?

Hi, i using BDIS 2010 for 2 weeks, and i notice when i open virtual machine in virtual box and using it to online it somehow crash my BDIS and it turn gray saying service is not responding. the service VSSERV is not responding. Could it be solved?? :(
