Trojan Series Problem

Hi


My system has been affected by series of Trojan (A-Z / all kinds of Trojan Virus). MS Word files are changed to .SCR file extension.


Though Bitdefender (home edition) detects this, it doesn't clean.


BD just reports and if I can scan the particular file, it just moves it somewhere. I don't feel this is right.


BD shld be able to clean it!.

    Please view this topic on how to scan your pc with BD in safe mode. Try that, and tell us the result. If that won't help you, we'll find another solution.
