[duplicate] Bitdefender Prevents Me From "safely Remove"

I bought a WD My passport essential 500gb external hard disk today. I installed it and it worked perfect.

Then I wanted to "safely remove" it so I could use it on another pc, but I got the error that WD HDD was used by a program.

I quited everything but it didn't work. So i uninstalled Bit defender, and then it worked fine.

So my question is:

How can I use Bit Defender and still be able to disconnect the ex. drive?
