No Product Key

Hi, I have been trying to get to talk to someone on the chat thing to no avail.


I am looking for help with what to do about finding out the product key for my programme. I had registered it, and threw the box out (which incidentally had the product key on it) and then not long after had to reboot my computer. Needless to say reinstalling all programmes proved difficult when coming to BitDefender! My evaluating stage is now over so my computer is undefended and I am at my wits end.


Does the chat line thing only operate during certain hours, and are those hours in a different time zone to me ( I am in Australia)?
