Bdis Starting Last On Bootup

Let me explain...
My computer starts up and the system tray programs start displaying their icons including BDIS 2010 however the icon then turns grey (and when you hover over it notifies you the program is not responding) it doesnt go red again and the scan activity bar displays until everything is loaded and the hard drive stops accessing.
This never used to happen, BDIS 2010 and the scan activity bar was the first program to start.
I have tried an uninstall and reinstall but it still loads last.
Whats happened?
Ps. On 2 other computers I manage BDIS 2010 and the activity bar load first.
