Bitdefender Disabled Writing Ability Of Cd Drive

After a long time my CD-R/RW drive (CDD for short) had worked normally, I realized that my CDD couldn't write anymore although it could read discs normally. I have re-installed my windows then install all my programs one by one, I regconize that BitDefender is what I wanted to find. Exactly, in all writing CD program, my CDD doesn't appear to be a writing CD device. Any solution here?

- are there any other security solutions on the same PC, besides BitDefender?
