Can't Open Group Or Client Lists, Failure

About once a week, when my Enterprise Management Console gets disconnected from the server (see previous post) I get a failure trying to reconnect. It says it cannot read the group list or the client list. It is then entirely non-functional and nothing short of rebooting the enterprise server system has any effect. So far it has always been fixed by a reboot, but this is not a good solution. Why is this happening?

    The problem here is that most people here on this forum are only familiar with the home user versions. So if that fails I can't offer you another solution. You must also know that all moderators are volunteers who don't work for BitDefender.
