I have been trying to remove Norton from my work computer and am switching to Bit defender. I currently have Bit defender on my home computers. I have not been able to remove norton prior to installing Bit. However, I decided to just download bit defender and run a scan. This computer is very infected and bit defender fails on disinfecting the files. It has moved them all except for one. It says it can't disinfect and the move failed. Can you please help? Looking at all the viruses, they are all under symantec (Norton).
