I have to give kudos to BD for their effort in trying to resolve these problems as quick as they can... They came out swinging first and that says something... I too was thinking of jumping ship but patience here will pay off I believe...
From what I've received for emails from both, Kaspersky and BD, Kaspersky seems to be in the lead with more unsatisfied customers by a margin of 10-1... So, be patient a bit and let the people do their work to fix the issues.. Some fixes have been posted apparently, so now it's up to everyone to report back... I believe in this program and I do like it lots... Good luck BD, I hope you can take care of business, cuz it's the people that will keep you in business...
