Problem After Problem

Started out as the firewall turned off and gave no indication as to why. Tried to reload from your website and it failed. (didnt record the error) Looked at your website again and it said to download the uninstaller. Did that and ran it. Tried to reload and I got an error about not having authority to do so and something to do with common files. Went in and checked in remove software area and bitdefender wasn't there. Checked in the program files and its there so I tried to delete the folder there and it won't delete. Went into reg edit and tried to delete, still won't delete.

I am absolutely confused and irritated beyond belief. I am the admin on the pc and still no love.

Any help would be appreciated

In order to solve these issues we recommend you installing BitDefender following the steps bellow :

1. Save the uninstall tool from the next link:

http://www.bitdefender.com/uninstall

2. Start your computer in Safe Mode :

- restart the computer;

- repeatedly press the "F8" key several times before Microsoft Windows begins to load (you need to press "F8" until you will be displayed a text menu);

- select "SAFE MODE" in the text menu and press "Enter".

- wait while Windows loads in Safe Mode; this process ends with a confirmation message; click "Yes" to acknowledge.

3. Run the uninstall tool downloaded earlier and restart your computer when you will be asked normally.

4. Save your product from the next link:

- copy and paste the link into your browser and press [Enter]. \

- a new window will appear with two options: [save] and [run] - press [save]

- after saving the file, please run it in order to install it.

5. Register it with your license key .
