Bitdefender 2009 - Blank Screens

HI,
When I install BD Antivirus 2009, on my desktop the screens are fully blanked out and only the outer line I could see. I tried uninstalling and installing, noting worked. I tried cleaning the registry too. I have Windows XP, Sp2 installed and IE 8 is installed. I dont know, if there is any dependancy to install this. It is working fine in my laptop. Can anybody suggest or fix this issue. Appriciate your help.

Try to upgrade to BitDefender Antivirus 2010 following the steps from the next thread: http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=14997 and let us know if the same issue occurs.
