Just Want To Extend 2009 License

Hello all


My 2009 BD internet security license is up in 2 days and I would like to renew but all I seem to get via the input of my current key is offers for full price for full purchase of 2010.


How can i just renew the 2009 product I have?


I really hope that the answer is not that this product is only good for one year and that I have to pay full price for a new version each time my subscription is up. <img class=" />

    Unfortunately there are no discounts if you renew BitDefender. Here is a link that will help you perform the renewal: http://www.bitdefender.com/site/Buy/quickRenew/ . You will receive a license key valid for BitDefender 2010, but if you want to use BitDefender 2009, we can change your serial number . Simply reply to the email that we have sent you with the new key and we will send you a new one shortly after that.

    "Unfortunately" I do not buy software that is only good for one year from the purchase date and then becomes unusable.


    "Unfortunately" I wish I knew that this was the case with BitDefender as I would have never bought it in the first place.


    So "unfortunately" I will be buying someone else's product for my needs now that I know this.

    Except for the free antivirus products, all the other payed antivirus programs will expire and become unusable after a certain period of time (1 year, 2 and so on). BitDefender becomes active after after you first use the license key to activate the product not after you purchase it . You can purchase it today and use the key to register it after 1 month. The product will expire in 1 year from that moment.


    We feel sorry that you don't agree with our renewal policy and we appreciate your feedback.
