No Customer Support

You do realize that you have absolutely no customer support at the moment?


I've tried ringing BitDefender only to be greeted with a busy signal continuously, tried live assistance only to be greeted with a follow up message stating the service is "offline" and subsecquently, haven't received a reply to my email as well.


Where is the support?

    You can always post your problems also here on this forum. I recommend that you retry live assistance in a couple of moments. To which address did you send your email? If it's to support at bitdefender dot com that is there worldwide address for countries who doesn't have local support. To check if you a different address open BitDefender go to general,info(rmation).
