Bdis 2009 Is Not Retaining Settings

I have a support ticket into BD on this whole email problem, but who knows if I'll ever get an answer so I'm going to try in here again.


I don't know how many times now that I have gone into the Antivirus tab/Custom Level and unchecked "scan outgoing mail" and it doesn't hold. Seems like every time I have to restart that option rechecks itself and one of my mail rules, the same one every time, is gone. Then I have to go to regedit and import the Microsoft/Windows Mail/Rules registry key that I exported to my Documents so at least I don't lose everything I have under that rule. Everytime I add something to it I have to resave the Rules key too. What a pain!


Has anyone else had this problem and if so, do you know how to solve it?
