Bd 2010 Is Keeps Crashing
Ok this is getting frustrating...
My BD 2010 IS(Internet Security) keeps crashing but it does not crash the computer it just shuts down and does not tell me or anything, unless I notice it in the taskbar as being a grey icon rather than a filled red one.
This is a clean install on a clean install of Win 7, 64b. I considered that I had installed the 32b version but have figured that out and the 64b program is installed just fine. It shuts down virtually on every session with the computer, already 4 times today.
I am running IS but with the firewall and antispam shut off as I am also running Zonealarm IS with the Anitvirus shut off. Not sure if "downgrading" bitdefender to purely the antivirus would help but the problem does not exist on my laptop which is running a 32b version of win7 and the exact same security software configuration.
