Unable To Run Setup.exe To Install The Bitdefender 2009

I have recently purchasedthe bit defender 2009 and not able to install. when i click on setup.exe nothing happens.

On examination I found that there are some mui files in my system. Are they virus files?

does the bit defender given an option to clean the system before installation of the product?
