Ftp Problems

Hi


I tried several ftp softwares, but the problem comes from the firewall. I can't upload properly, the upload freeze when it ends, seems not finishing and not going to the other file to upload.


The only parameter that i can change to allow that is in the firewall, put the stealth level on full stealth and desactivate the furtive mode. I have to change manually this parameter each time i upload something with ftp.


Is there a way to create a rule for that or a clue or sometghing?

    Hello zylphe,


    Please open BitDefender, click on the Settings button and choose the Expert Mode . Click on the Firewall module and then select the Network tab in the upper menu and click on the current "Network Type", pull down the drop-down menu and select "Trusted Local", Stealth to "No" and Generic to "Yes". Look if the same issue occurs after that.


    Also, please tell us what FTP applications have you used so that we can test this sittuation.
