[duplicate] Bitdefender 2010 Blue Screen In Bdselfpr.sys
After upgrading my Bitdefender license to BitDefender Internet
Security 2010 I've several times encountered a windows blue screen. The error
module is bdselfpr.sys address B59FF336 base at B59F9000 datestamp
4AE964c2 (the addresses varies for every crash). I'm running Windows XP version 2002 Service Pack 3.
Bitdefender Customer Support asked me to send information gathered by their sysdump utility and the BitDefender file inventory tool. Having done so, they recommended that I removed Bitdefender and re-installed it. Having done that I still get the Blue Screen daily. I've subsequently removd a lot of unused applications on my PC and I've attempted to clean my registry with the cclean tool followed by a new bitdefender removal/reboot/install. I still get blue screens. For the past two weeks I tried to get a response from BitDefender Customer support this issue, but all I get is silence.
Anybody experienced the same problem?
Also - not responding to customers is really poor service - anybody experiencing the same?
