Spam Tagging Not Working
I tested using the GTUBE string and email is not tagged as SPAM. I have yet to have an email item tagged as spam in about 3 weeks of use (and I have been getting spam). AntiSpam is enabled in BD.

For start, please let us know what BitDefender and what email client are you using . Also, if after you add to the Spammer list the email addresses from which you are receiving these emails you still have the same issues, please provide us the following information's:
1. The "antispam.xml" file that you can find in the next location : C:\Program Files\BitDefender\BitDefender 2010\settings . Upload it on http://www.sendspace.com/ then send me a PM with the download link.
2. Send us some samples of the emails that are not tagged as SPAM following the instructions bellow :
-> Microsoft Outlook: Select the email message, go to "File" > "Save As", point to a location of your choice, select "Save as type:" "Outlook Message Format (*.msg)" and click "Save";
-> Outlook Epress/Windows Mail: Select the email message, go to "File" > "Save As", point to a location of your choice, select "Save as type:" "Mail (*.eml)" and click "Save";
-> The Bat!: Select the email message(s), go to "Message" > "save As", point to a location of your choice, select "Save as type:" "Email messages (*.EML)" and click "Save";
-> Thunderbird: Select the email message(s), go to "File" > "save As" > "File", point to a location of your choice and click "Save".
Archive these emails under a single file, upload it on http://www.sendspace.com/, then send me a PM with the download links . You can also reply to our email with these reports attached.
