I typed in my client's order for Bit Defender 2010 Total Protection.
The only problem was that I typed in the wrong e-mail address for my client. I was off by one letter. So he never received the e-mail from avangate.com. 
We tried to contact avangate.com, but since we didn't have the transaction number, we couldn't really speak to them, or even login.

The client's credit card has already been charged, but we couldn't find the order via their website:

How do we get the license, and the e-mail corrected? Or do we have to cancel the transaction via the bank?
