Ordered Product ... Put Wrong E-mail Address
I typed in my client's order for Bit Defender 2010 Total Protection.
The only problem was that I typed in the wrong e-mail address for my client. I was off by one letter. So he never received the e-mail from avangate.com.
We tried to contact avangate.com, but since we didn't have the transaction number, we couldn't really speak to them, or even login. " />
The client's credit card has already been charged, but we couldn't find the order via their website:

How do we get the license, and the e-mail corrected? Or do we have to cancel the transaction via the bank?
