Big Problem With Updates, And A Costly One

Hi!

I've had BitDefender Antivirus 2009 for the last 9 months. though the security has been very good, there's this new problem that i discovered. Suddenly i found my C drive had no space left. On checking, I discovered that every time i open the internet link, BitDefender updates and stores a roughly 63 MB folder in a folder called BitDefender Threat Scanner. this means about 5-6 folders of 63 MB are stored daily, which can't be erased, too. (i could only erase some in Safe Mode). It is a big problem because my internet usage limit is just 1.5 GB per month, and these files eat up a lot of that, which is atrocious! :o:o

please help me.
