Conflict With Nagarsoft Direct Access
I run Nagarsoft's Direct Access. It stopped working a couple of months ago. Working with them we determined that it conflicts with Bitdefender AV2009. Does anyone know how to get around this? Is there a way to tell BD to ignore that program? Direct Access is a program that recognizes key strokes and opens programs, websites, auto-text, etc. Thanks.

Please be so kind as to access this link in order to upgrade for free to BitDefender Antivirus 2010.
In case the issue persists after the upgrade please follow the steps below:
- Open BitDefender Security Center;
- Click on Settings and Switch UI to Expert Mode;
- Go to Antivirus tab;
- Click on Advanced Settings and the Antivirus Virus Control feature;
- Test to see if the issue still replicates;
- If it worked please go back to Advanced Settings;
- Enable Active Virus Control;
- Click on the + sign and add a rule for this application.
