[duplicate]bitdefender Services Are Loading Now Please Wait

"bitdefender services are loading now please wait". This message is what i get when i keep my mouse pointer on the bit-defender icon in the system tray. As a result, i cannot right-click to access essential services. I don't know whether i am protected or not. Maybe i am but this is very annoying. Please help me. Who on earth will buy or renew subscriptions if this problem persists? :(

    This situation had been solved after we released the 13.0.17 Build and that is why we would like to know what is your BitDefender Build. In order to find out right click on the BitDefender icon from the System Tray (near your computer clock) and choose About.
