Problems With Volume Shadow Copy Service After Installing Bitdefender 2010

We found that after installing BitDefender 2010, Backup4all does no work correctly.

It stays on the "Preparing Shadow Copy..." phase.

I also added the "vscsrv.exe" and "Backup4all.exe" files into the antivirus white list, but it does not solve the problem. Only if I uninstall BitDefender, Backup4all works fine again.
