Xbox 360 Problems Caused By Bdagent.exe

bdagent.exe is disconnecting my xbox 360 utilizing windows media center from my windows 7 pc that runs windows media center. Task Manager will not allow me to end bdagent.exe as a running process. How can i configure bdagent.exe to not disconnect my xbox or how do i get rid of bdagent? Thanks for any help

    Regarding your issue, for testing purposes, please follow the steps below in order to disable BitDefender Antivirus Virus Control module:


    1. Open BitDefender Security Center.


    2. Click on 'Settings' and switch to 'Expert Mode'


    3. Go to 'Antivirus' tab.


    4. Click on 'Advanced Settings' and DISABLE the 'Antivirus Virus Control' feature.


    5. Test to see if the issue still replicates.
