Bd 8.0 Causing Ie To Crash After Kb955759 Instapped
Microsoft KB955759 recently applied to several PCs running BD Client Pro Plus 8.0.2 and BD is now causing Ineternet Explorer to fail to start, error message is attached. If we STOP the BD Virus Scan Shield service, IE will open properly. If we RE-START the service, IE fails to open. If we REMOVE the update, IE opens properly w/ service started so this indicates some kind of a conflict between the KB update and BD. Looking of a solution other than NOT installing the update.....
