Disk Defragmenter Does Not Work
I am running Windows XP Disk Fragmenter and it stops about 73% of the way through the analysing part and I get the following message:
"This scan has been canceled because an error occurred in file: C:\Program Files\Common Files\BitDefender\BitDefender Update Service\LIVESRV.EXE"
The only option I have is to then press "OK" which stops and resets the Disk Defragmenter programme.
Bit Defender seems to be upadting OK so this programme seems to be working.
Can anyone help or advice. I tried to rename LIVESRV but it can not be altered or moved.
