Gen.trojan.heur.gz.iuwabglhzlj - Bitdefender Total Security 2009

The computer detected the trojan Gen.Trojan.Heur.GZ.iuWabGLHZlj by itself with the message that " Cannot delete infected file"

I am using Bitdefender Total Security 2009 on a Windows XP sp3 OS.

Please Help.
