Win32.virtob.gen.12

Hello,

I have IS 2009. I have recently becme hte owner of a Win32.Virtob.Gen.12 virus that I can't get rid of. I have read several posts and tried to folow the instructions. Everytime I click on the recommended links in the posts I find that the link is broken. I was unable to run Avis or the other suggested one.

I have emailed twice without a response after 48 hours.

Can you tell me how to resolve this virus issue? Thanks in advance for your help.

Unfortunately we have not received any emails from you in regards to this situation.

We have sent you an email containing BDSI and GMER tools along with full instructions on how to run them.

Please reply back to the email and send the logs for analysis.
