Cannot Update, Firewall Disabled
Hello Alex,
My newly installed BD10 cannot connect. This means no update, no activation and it seems it keeps the firewall disabled.
I have tried some of the fixes on this forum including "repair".
I hope you can help me with a solution.

Hello postbud,
The logs show that you're running F-Secure or it was partially uninstalled.
You should completely remove F-Secure which causes conflicts and reinstall BitDefender using our uninstall tool found that: www.bitdefender.com/uninstall0 -

Please follow the steps from the e-mail in order to remove the other security solution, and then the steps for reinstalling BitDefender on the system.
