WINXP SP3, new install of Internet Security 2010. Since installing the software last night my box will load windows and run for a few minutes and then reboot. The support link insidea of Bitdefender will list documents but won't allow me to open any of them.
I have received no email, not even an automatic confirmation email from tech support. I then used the chat tech support and they merely logged my issue w/tech support again and told me i'd receive an email...i've received nothing and i'm sitting here w/my pc constantly rebooting. i can't wait 48 hours for an email response.
Please provide me with instructions on troubleshooting this.
