Bd 2010 Ts : Install Problems

hi,

sorry , i am not good in english enough.

i faced a problem with my bitdefender total security 2010 , with update.

i have windos 7 as OS .

bd was fine until yesterday.

first i can't start an update

then i update my bd and the update start

then bd asked me to reboot the PC so i did

then the update was disabled and i can't update

(bd tried to solve problem but it can't)

then i removed the bd and some thing wrong happened ( i remove from uninstall program\ control panal)

i used the CD to reinstall bd ,

but i can't

please help me to solve my problem and save my time too.
